» Feature Writer Jennifer Gerics - Makes sense!

I know for myself that I used to love the heat and enjoyed 80+ degree weather, but now I have to adapt to how I'm feeling each day. When my symptoms aren't too bad, I can sometimes take it, but on bad days, the heat can make me feel miserable. Now I didn't say that I don't enjoy the sun---- actually on a warm, dry day it does me wonders as I'm tinkering in my yard. In fact, I'm heading out to my deck right now to write something else...It's 70 degrees and full sunshine!
