Gotta read the link you provided. It's funny that the US is ranked highest for responsiveness. Probably to make a buck! Capitalism is good and bad. I will admit that in the US, I feel comfortable that in an emergency, I would be seen relatively quickly. Because the US health industry is driven by dollars, I don't have to worry about outdated equipment, lack of doctors, or poor response time (at least in my area, which is middle class.) But I do pay a lot for this luxury, and I feel terrible for the legions of folks who cannot afford insurance. Let me read this link and report back, because I was on vacatation this week and am sadly behind!
