Thank you for writing. It sounds like a lot is going on. Since you have autoimmune problems already, it's hard to say whether the new numbness/burning is neurological, autoimmune, or both. Probably something your doctor should decide. It's possible to develop other autoimmune problems (say MS) when you already have an autoimmune condition, but a doctor would be best qualified to determine if this is the case.
